Urban Sketching

  • The Murray Premises 5 Becks Cove St. John's, NL, A1C 6H1 Canada (map)

Join Jim Case, retired Architect and creator of the “Scale and Context” blog, for an afternoon of hands-on sketching. Jim will provide a brief presentation on sketching and what he has learned over the years from his sketching practice. Participants will then be invited to explore downtown St. John’s to sketch the urban fabric. At the end of the session, participants will meet up once more and discuss their sketches, and what they learned from the process. Spend the day with us and see the city through a pen & paper!

“Urban Sketching” participants should bring their own pen and paper supplies.

Meeting point at the Murray Premises Lobby & Guest Lounge.
